Office of International Business Development

The Office of International Business Development offers both export and foreign direct investment assistance to help your company grow in Pennsylvania. Their Export Assistance Program and by partnering with the Regional Export Network (REN) and managing a global network of Authorized Trade Representatives, OIBD ensures our clients have access to the programs and services they need to succeed.

Regional Export Networks

The Regional Export Network (REN) provides manufacturers and service firms with export development services, including market research, market entry strategy development, technical support, and access to grants and financing programs. There are 10 regions within Pennsylvania:

  1. Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning & Development Commission
  2. North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission
  3. Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission
  4. Susquehanna Economic Development Association (SEDA) – Council of Governments
